WedWisely
in developmentThe budget and planning app for weddings that don't fit one template.
coming to the play store & app store · ios · android
Most wedding apps assume one ceremony and one reception. WedWisely is built for the wedding you're actually having: a Mehndi, a Sangeet, a Nikah, a Haldi, a church ceremony, a tea ceremony, each with its own date, venue, guest list, and budget, all rolled up into one clear picture of what the whole wedding costs.
Track every expense by category, split costs across events, and schedule payments so nothing sneaks up on you. Photograph a receipt and let AI pull out the merchant, amount, tax, date, and category for you, no manual entry.
Invite your partner, family, or planner to plan together in real time. Track RSVPs, plus-ones, and dietary needs confirmed per event, project catering costs from real per-event headcounts, and ask WedWisely's built-in assistant a budget question straight from your own data.
the problem
Why it exists
Most wedding-planning tools assume one ceremony and one reception. WedWisely is built for the wedding you're actually having, however many events, currencies, or cities it spans, all rolled into one clear budget.

Questions
Do I need an account?
No. WedWisely works fully offline in guest mode, with everything stored on your device. Create an account only when you want to sync across devices or invite collaborators.
What happens to my data if I never create an account?
It stays on your device only and is never sent to our servers. AI features like receipt scanning and the assistant need an account and a network connection, so they're unavailable in guest mode.
Can I plan more than one ceremony?
Yes. WedWisely is built for multi-event weddings: each ceremony gets its own date, venue, guest list, and budget, all rolled up into one total.
How does receipt scanning work?
Photograph a receipt and it's sent to our backend, which forwards it to Anthropic's Claude API to extract the merchant, amount, tax, date, and category. If that's unavailable, you can attach the photo and enter the details yourself.
Who can see my wedding data?
Only you, unless you invite a partner, family member, or planner as a collaborator. Each person's access depends on the role you give them, viewer or editor, and you can revoke it at any time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account → confirm. This permanently deletes your profile and the wedding data you own, and it's irreversible.
please note
Before you start
Receipt scanning and the Ask WedWise assistant use AI to extract data and answer questions, and AI output can be wrong. Scanned amounts, dates, and categories, and any answer from the assistant, may contain errors, so always review extracted data before relying on it. Treat assistant answers as a convenience, not professional financial, tax, legal, or wedding-planning advice.
