Merixu is the independent app studio of Ujjwal Tyagi, designing and shipping mobile apps that are simple, useful, and a little delightful.

Who I am
I'm Ujjwal Tyagi, the developer behind Merixu. Every app the studio ships is designed, built, and maintained by me: the idea, the interface, the backend, and the store listing.
Right now that means Winsome, a daily-wins tracker in development for Android and iOS, with more apps on the way for both stores.
02 · philosophy
What I care about
Apps should be simple, do one job well, and be a little delightful to use. Small, focused tools win over bloated ones.
They should also respect the people using them, which includes their data. My apps collect only what they need to work, never sell it, and always let you delete it.
03 · how
How I work
Mobile-first with React Native and Expo, TypeScript throughout, and Java, Spring Boot, Supabase, or Firebase behind the scenes depending on what the app needs.
