This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Shouty mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Your preferences: Theme, haptics, brightness and keep-awake toggles, and default sign styling (stored on your device).
• Your sign history: The text of signs you have shown, their styling, and which ones you favourited (stored on your device).
• Usage counters: How many signs and shares you have used today, to apply free-tier limits (stored on your device).
• Premium status: Whether Premium is active and which plan (stored on your device).

We collect nothing beyond what is listed above.

Your information is used only to provide and operate Shouty and its features, to fix bugs, and to improve performance. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple: Processes App Store purchases. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple and never seen or stored by Shouty. Privacy policy ↗

These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies.

Everything Shoutystores stays in your device's own app storage. It is not readable by us or by other apps, and there is no server holding a copy of it.

Because nothing leaves your device, there is no account to close and no copy for us to retain. Deleting the app removes everything Shouty has stored, permanently.

Shouty is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Opt out of notifications at any time via device settings.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time and will note significant changes by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
